黄油中二十八碳醇含量的气相色谱法测定 被引量:1

摘要 建立了黄油中二十八碳醇的气相色谱测定方法。样品经500 g/L NaOH皂化1 h后,用环己烷萃取,采用毛细管气相色谱法测定二十八碳醇含量。色谱柱为HP-1柱,通过程序升温,在20 min内实现了二十八碳醇的测定。在20~1000 mg/L范围内,二十八碳醇色谱峰面积与质量浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.998 9),回收率为94%~98%(n=6),重复性RSD(n=6)小于3.1%。该法具有良好的准确度与精密度。 A gas chromatographic method was developed for the quantitative determination of octacosanol in butter.Samples were saponified with 50% NaOH at 90 ℃ for 1 h,then extracted with cyclohexane,finally analyzed by capillary gas chromatography.The method takes less than 20 min,has good precision and repeatability.
