社会资本关系维度对知识转移的影响路径研究 被引量:11

摘要 通过对74家企业关于企业间知识转移的问卷调查,实证分析了企业间社会资本关系维度与企业间知识转移效果之间的关系。企业间社会资本关系维度对企业间知识转移效果的作用途径,是通过影响知识转移机会、知识转移能力和知识转移动机来实现的。知识转移机会、动机、能力在社会资本关系维度和知识转移效果之间起中介作用。 The paper studies the relationship between relational dimension of social capital and the organizational knowledge transfer through the organizational knowledge transfer questionnaire in 74 corporations. The relationship between the relational dimension of social capital and its knowledge transfer is positive correlation. The relational dimension of social capital acts on the opportunity, motivation and ability of knowledge transfer. It is positive correlative with the opportunity, motivation and ability of knowledge transfer. The capability of knowledge transfer has the mediating effect between the relational dimension of social capital and the effect of knowledge transfer.
