摘要
本文报告应用EPB方案，即足叶乙甙，顺铂、平阳霉素治疗24例Ⅲ、Ⅳ期复发性非何杰金氏淋巴瘤。所有病例经病理组织学证实。中度恶性10例，高度恶性14例。全组总缓解率75％，其中完全缓解率25％（6例），部分缓解率50％（12例）。毒性反应主要为白细胞减少和消化道反应。大部分病人均能耐受，无致死性毒副反应发生。
24 cases of stage Ⅲ and Ⅳ recurrent Non-Hodgkdin's Lynphoma, all histoglogilly proved, were treated with a combination of Vp-16, DDP and BLM-A5. 10 Cases were intermediate grade, 14 cases were high grade Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma according to the working formulation. The results showed that the total response rate of whole gooup was 75% (CR 25%, PR 50%). Side effects included leucopenia and gastrointestinal reaction, no fatal toxicity was encountered.
