目的:针对野战环境恶劣,在正常指挥信息网络被敌人摧毁的情况下,寻求可简单、快捷地嵌入通用卫勤指挥信息系统并施行"不间断"指挥的载体,为实现"灵活、精确、快速、高效"的卫勤保障提供装备支持。方法:重点从使用对象、信息需求、功能需求和结构需求等方面对卫勤决策支持卡进行了需求分析,并分析了卫勤决策支持卡的主要战术、技术指标。结果:卫勤优化决策支持卡基于"卫勤优化决策支持系统",可根据任务的不同集成不同的任务模块,是战时不确定条件下卫勤指挥的"预案生成器"。结论:卫勤优化决策支持卡可以提高未来信息化战争中卫勤指挥员"精确、高效与快速"的指挥能力。

Objective To find a carrier which can be easily and rapidly embedded in Medical Command Information System for incessant command when normal command information network is destroyed.Methods The requirements for Military Medical Command Decision-Supporting Card were analyzed mainly in such aspects as users,information requirement,function requirement and structure requirement.The main tactics and technics targets were also analyzed.Results Based on Military Medical Command Decision-Supporting System,Military Medical Command Decision-Supporting Card could integrate different task modules for different tasks,which was a ＂counterplan generator＂ for medical command under uncertain situation in wartime.Conclusion Military Medical Command Decision-Supporting Card can enhance the medical service chief officer＇s ability in precise,efficient and rapid command in future information war.
