卵巢上皮性交界肿瘤的临床分析

The treatment of overy Junctional Epithelioma

对1974～1988年收住院治疗的卵巢上皮性交界瘤（包括浆液，粘液）共36例做了定期随访。其临床症状主要是腹胀、腹痛、腹部包块。36例交界瘤中Ⅰ期25例，Ⅱ期4例，Ⅲ期7例。对其治疗主要是采用手术方式，特别是对年龄患者如何做到恰如其分地拟定正确的治疗方案做了研究。

36 patients with overy junctional epithelioma admitted in our hospital from 1974～ 1988, were followed in a regular period. Abdominal pain, distension and mese were the most common symptoms. There were 25 patients of 36 (69. 4% ) were in stage Ⅰ, 4 in stage Ⅱ and 7 in stage Ⅲ. It's prognosis was rather good. the 5-year survival rate was 9. 27%. The main treatment was operation and how to correctly treat the young patients was discussed no the paper.
