摘要
分别采用Robertson籽晶粒度法和乙二醇与活性维生素D3诱导的大白鼠实验性肾结石模型,测定泽泻水提取液体外对草酸钙结晶生长和聚集以及对大白鼠的实验性肾结石形成的影响,结果发现泽泻的水提取液体外能明显抑制草酸钙结晶的生长和聚集,体内能明显降低肾钙含量和减少肾小管内草酸钙结晶形成而抑制大白鼠的实验性肾结石形成。
The effects of Alisma ountalis Juzep(AOJ) on the growth and aggregation of calcium oxalate crystals were measured by the R0bertson's seeded crystal system using a Coulter Multisizer in vitro.The effects of AOJ on calcium 0xalate renal st0nes induced by ethylene glycol (EG) and 1α(OH)VD, were investigated in Wistar strain rats- The results showed that AOJ inhibited significant1y the growth and aggregation of calcium oxalate crystals in vitro. AOJ didn't reduce urinary calcium excretion or oxa1ate excretion in rats. The calcium content of the kidneys was significantly lower in the AOJ group than in the stone group.AOJ was effective in preventing the formation of calcium oxalate crystals in rat renal tubules.These findings suggest that AOJ prevents the formation of calcium oxalate stone by inhibiting calcium oxalate crystal growth and aggregation.
