摘要
结合模糊集理论和多属性群决策理论,提出基于模糊语言多属性群决策的物流园区规模确定模型。模型的主要特点是利用模糊有序加权平均(FOWA)算子对专家给出模糊语言判断信息进行集结,由三角模糊数期望值公式求得物流园区规模影响因素的权重向量;综合考虑定性和定量指标构造决策矩阵,运用模糊加权算术平均(FWAA)算子对各影响因素评估信息进行集成,得到各物流园区的综合评分值,从而得到各物流园区的具体规模。算例表明该模型的合理性和有效性,为客观、科学地规划物流园区规模提供一套可行方法。
To determine the construction scale is an important part of the planning and construction of logistics park. The paper integrates fuzzy set theory and multi-attribute decision making theory to set up a decision-making model of the sale of logistics park based on fuzzy multi-attribute group decision making. The method utilizes fuzzy ordered weighted averaging (FOWA) operator to aggregate the fuzzy linguistic evaluation information given by experts, and then uses the expected values formula of triangular fuzzy numbers to obtain the weighted vector of factors determining the scale of logistics park. Considering synthetically the qualitative and quantitative indexes, it constructs synthesis grade matrix and uses fuzzy weighted arithmetic averaging (FWAA) operator to aggregate the evaluation information of all affecting factors, thereby gains the comprehensive grade and the cale of logistics parks. Finally, an illustrative example is given to clarify the effectiveness and reasonableness of the developed approach. It offers a set of feasible methods for planning the scale of logistics park objectively and scientifically.
