An Optimal Production Policy For Deteriorating Items under Stochastic Production State

摘要 研究随机生产状态下易变质产品的最优生产策略,分析了基于非常数的变质率和时变需求的总成本函数,得到了一个求解最优生产时长的搜索算法。最后,给出了算例对理论结果进行说明。 An optimal production policy is developed for deteriorating items in an imperfect production process. The total cost function is based on non-constant deteriorating rate and time-varying demand rate is analyzed, and a search algorithm which determines an optimal production run length is derived. Finally, a numerical example is given to illustrate theoretical results.
