摘要
本文针对自行设计研制的一种新型结构的超高压、大流量二通插装换向阀进行了理论分析及实验研究。並对新型插装阀的受力情况、开关条件、低频振动及平均速度计算等运动状态进行了深入分析和推导,分析结果与实验结果比较吻合。
In this paper, some thoeretical analyses and experimental researchs on a two-way cartridge valv of new structure, which is used in the conditions of superpressure and large flowrate, are presented, In addition, the stress, on-off condgion, low-frequency viberation and average average velocity of valve are deduced and analysed deeply. The results from anaIyse are identical with that from experiments.
