摘要
对住区开发建设中封闭式住区带来的诸多现实问题进行了剖析,提出了应该从城市的角度建立与城市互动的住区规划观。文中从住区道路交通、公建配套设施、景观空间、住区结构与管理模式等方面建构了与城市互动的住区规划设计原则。
This paper, by analyzing the problems in closed communities, argues that community planning should consider the interaction with the city. It sets up principles of community planning which focus on the interaction with the city in the aspects of transportation, public facilities; landscapes, structure and management mode.
