摘要
城市规划的权力主义倾向、简单工程技术化倾向和市场化倾向,对我国和谐城市建设的影响不容忽视。今天,我国许多城市在发展过程中无法体现其固有的价值观和人文关怀,既丧失城市的独特魅力,抹杀城市的个性,形成千篇一律的城市面貌;更逐渐远离了城市作为每个公民文明、自由、平等生活环境的本义。
The authoritarianism, simplified engineering techniques and market-oriented tendencies in urban planning have a negative effect on the construction of harmonious cities. Today, many cities fail to embody its intrinsic value and humanistic concern in the construction so that those cities not only lose charms but also dim the urban personality, and keep away from their original significance as the civilized, free and equal living environment for each citizen.
