摘要
本文用MTT法对12例骨肉瘤患者的瘤细胞数与光密度(OD)值的关系以及不同细胞数的原代骨肉瘤细胞对HDMTX、VCR、CBP、MMC、VP16、PMB的敏感性进行了考查,结果表明当肿瘤细胞数为9×104~12×104个/孔时,OD值在0.15以上,HDMTX、MMC、PMB对瘤细胞的抑制率≥50%。
In this study,the relationship between cell numbers and OD values among 12 cases fresh osteosarcoma and the sensitivity of different cell numbers to HDMTX,VOR,CBP,MMC,Vp16,PMB were examined in vitro.It showed that the average OD values were 0.15 or more when the cell numbers achieved 9×10 4 to 12×10 4 of a hole,and the inhibition rate of tumour cells was≥50%,These findings suggested that the chemosensiitivity testing with MTT assay may be an useful screening methods for chemotherapeutic drugs treating osteosarcoma patients.
