根尖肉芽肿组织中T和B细胞的初步观察

Primary observation of T and B cells in periapical granulomas

本文对２０例根尖肉芽肿的组织用ＡＮＡＥ染色观察炎性细胞阳性及阴性的分类和计数，并与ＨＥ染色对比观察，结果表明，以浆细胞为主１２例（Ⅰ型），以淋巴细胞为主８例（Ⅱ型），Ⅰ型中Ｔｃ占８．８％，Ｂｃ占１２．６％，Ⅱ型中Ｔｃ占３７．４％，Ｂｃ占３９．２％，其他为中性粒细胞及巨噬细胞，据计数与分类，我们认为根尖肉芽肿具有局部体液免疫和细胞免疫反应，提供根尖病的治疗时应考虑用抗菌和免疫治疗药物。

This paper shows that it is observed for the 20 cases of periapical granulomas using ANAE stain to count and clasify the positive inflammatory cells and negative ones,and contract with HE stain.The result shows that plasma cells take a predominance in 12 cases(type Ⅰ),lymphocytes’ in superiority is 8 cases (type Ⅱ).It is taken cells counting and classifying to ANAE stain.In type Ⅰ:T lymphocyte is 8.8%,B lymphocyte is 12.6%.in type Ⅱ:T lymphocyte is 37.4%,B lymphocyte is 39.2%.Both the neutrophilic granulocytes and macrophages take in the minority.On the basis of counting and clasifying,we believe that the periapiical granulomas are essential in plasma cells and have inflammatory response of local humoral immunity,and essential in T lymphocytes of cellular immunity inflammatory response.This study is the foundation of pathological response furnished with clinical aetiology and therapeutics.
