胃康对大鼠实验性慢性胃炎防治的免疫学观察

The observation of immune effects of weikang on the prevention of experimental chronic gsstritis in rats

实验用１６０只Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠自由饮用０．１％氨水８周造成实验性慢性胃炎模型。防治组于诱发胃炎的同时分别用２０％胃康、维霉素水溶液及生理盐水２ｍｌ／只，隔日灌胃８周。治疗组于饮用０．１％氨水８周后，分别用３０％胃康，维霉素水溶液及生理盐水２ｍｌ／只，每日灌胃治疗４周。实验结束后剪尾取血、并进行免疫学检测。结果显示：模型组与正常对照组比较，两批体重增长率均明显减少（Ｐ＜０．０１），体内淋巴细胞转化率和Ｔ细胞酯酶染色阳性率均显著下降（Ｐ＜０．００１），血清凝集素和溶血素、脾脏指数和胸腺指数均无统计学差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。胃康组体重增长率，淋巴细胞转化率和Ｔ细胞酯酶染色阳性率均较模型组升高（Ｐ＜０．０５），并优于维霉素组。说明胃康在防治实验性慢性胃炎过程中有一定的改善细胞免疫的作用。

Immune effects of Weikang on prevention of experimental chronic gastritis was studied.160 wistar rats were given 0.1% ammonia solution as drinking at libitum for eight weeks to make the experimental model.The pervention group were infused with 20% Weikang,20% Weimeisu and 0.9% NaCl solution respectively at 2ml every other day for eight weeks during inducing period;The therapeutic groups were infused with 30% Weikang,30% Weimeisu and 0.9% NaCl solution at 2ml once every day for four weeks after induced period.At the end of the experiment,the blood samples were taken from tail veins for detection of T lymp hocytes esterase and lymphocytes transformation.The results indicated that the weight incresing rate decreased obviously in model group compared with that of control group( P<0.01). The lymphocyte transformtion rate and The lymphocyte positive rate of esterase staining decreased markedly in model group compared with that of control group( P< 0.001)No difference were found in hemolysin,agglutinin levels in serum and spleen index,liver index btween model and control group respectively.( P> 0.05).Both the lymphocyte transformation rate and the lymphocyte positive rate of esterase staining enhanced in prevention group compared with that in model group( P< 0.05).The effect of Weikang was superior to Weimeisu in prevention.The results above suggested that Weikang can ameliorate the cellular immunity function on the prevention of experimental chronic gastritis in rats.
