柱分配色谱—紫外分光光度法检查测定乙酰水杨酸片

ASA tablet examined and determined by column distribution chromatography UV spectrophotometry

本文采用美国药典（ＸⅫ）柱分配色谱—紫外分光光度法检查ＡＳＡ片剂中的ＳＡ的限量，测定ＡＳＡ含量。比较不同操作时间对检查测定结果的影响。同中国药典（１９９０年版）方法比较。实验结果表明用ＵＳＰ（ⅩⅫ）方法检查测定ＡＳＡ的限量全过程在１小时内完成，结果准确，可排除干扰，重现性好。

A method examined AS and determined ASA in ASA tablet by USPs(ⅩⅫ)improved column distribution chromatography UV spectrophotometry was reported in this paper,To compare effect of examination used different column chromatography operation time,In comparison with ChPs(1990)method,The results showed the method is accuracy and reappearance.
