摘要 本文合成了苯甲醛缩氨基硫脲(HL)与铜、锌、钴、镍、锰离子的五个配合物。测试了五个配合物对S180腹水癌细胞的抗癌活性,发现Cu(HL)SCN和Zn(HL)2(SCN)2对癌细胞有强的杀伤作用,配合物Cu(HL)SCN和Zn(HL)2(SCN)2剂量分别为5mg/kg和10mg/kg时,对S180荷瘤小鼠的存活时间延长率分别为58.82%和38.24%,对S180实体瘤的抑瘤率分别为71.57%和67.09%。 In this paper,5 complexes of benzaldehyde thiosemicarbazone (HL)with calts of Cu 2+ 、Zn 2+ 、Co 2+ 、Ni 2+ 、Mn 2+ were synthesized.The antitumor activities (Ertich cancer cell) of 5 complexes were evalu ated.We have found that the complexes Cu(HL)SCN and Zn(HL) 2(SCN) 2 exhibited antitumor activities.Prolonged rate of survival the time of tumor bearing Sarcoma 180 mice was 58.82% and 38.24%,when the dose of the complexes Cu(HL)SCN and Zn(HL) 2(SCN) 2 was 5 mg/kg and 10mg/kg.Inhibitory rate on tumor of tumor bearing Sarcoma 180 mice was 71.57% and 67.09%,when the dose of the complexes Cu(HL)SCN and Zn(HL) 2(SCN) 2 was 5mg/kg and 10mg/kg.
