体外循环手术主动脉插管意外(附二例报告)

The accident of aortic cannulation for open heart operation

本文报告２例体外循环主动脉插管意外病例，并结合文献进行讨论。主动脉插管意外极为凶险，死亡率非常高。手术医生只有对主动脉插管意外具有清醒的认识和迅速的反应，才有可能挽救患者的生命。更重要的是心脏外科医生应当高度警惕主动脉插管意外的可能性，严格防止其发生。

Two cases of accident of aortic cannulation for open heart operation were reported in this paper.The literature have been reviewed and preventive measures to this complication were discussed.The accident of aortic cannulation is very dangerous and the mortality of this complication is quite high.The surgeons must have sober cognition and do sharp reaction to this complication to save the patients during operation.It is more importent that the surgeon should be alert against the complication and prevent it strictly from arissing.
