摘要
测试了型煤炉渣的各项技术性能,通过正交设计优选合理配方,探讨型煤炉渣作为再生资源的可行性.实验结果证明,用型煤炉渣制作的轻集料混凝土,各项技术指标均能满足国家相关标准规定,通过对实验方案进行经济分析,证明了型煤炉渣作为轻集料制作混凝土小型空心砌块生产是可行的.
This experimental tests the coal briquette slag' s technical performance, screening by orthogonal design reasonable formula to explore coal briquette slag as the feasibility of renewable resources. Experimental results show that using coal briquette slag produced the lightweight aggregate concrete, technical indicators can meet the national standard. Through the pilot program for economic analysis, prove coal briquette slag as a lightweight aggregate production of small concrete hollow block of industrial production is feasible.
