强心保元汤治疗风湿性心瓣膜病心力衰竭临床研究

The Clinical Research of Qiangxinboyuan Decoction on Rheumatic Valvular Disease Cardiac Failure

目的:观察强心保元汤治疗风湿性心瓣膜病心力衰竭临床疗效。方法:设治疗组32例,对照组24例,治疗组给予强心保元汤治疗,对照组口服常规药物强心、利尿、扩血管。结果:治疗组有效率为93.85%,对照组有效率为70.83%,两组治疗后比较,差异有显著性意义,P<0.01。结论:强心保元汤治疗风湿性心瓣膜病心力衰竭疗效显著。

Objective： to observe the clinical effect of Qiangxinboyuan decoction on rheumatic valvular disease cardiac failure. Method： the treatment is 32 cases and the control is 24 cases. The treatment treated with Qiangxinboyuan decoction and the control with reinforcing heart, diureses and expanding blood vessel. Result： the effective power is 93.85% in treatment and 70.83% in control （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion： Qiangxinboyuan decoction has the function to treat the rheumatic valvular disease cardiac failure.
