清宫宁血汤治疗药物流产后阴道流血临床研究

The Clinical Research of Vagina Bleeding after Miscarriage with Drugs with Qinggongningxue Decoction

目的:观察清宫宁血汤治疗药物流产后阴道流血的临床疗效。方法:将100例药物流产病人随即分为治疗组、对照组各50例;治疗组用清宫宁血汤治疗,对照组用宫缩素治疗。10 d为1疗程,统计数据以1疗程为准。结果:治疗组和对照组有效率分别为86%、56%,差别显著(P<0.05)。结论:清宫宁血汤治疗药物流产后流血作用显著。

Objective： to observe the clinical effect of Qinggongningxue decoction on treating vagina bleeding after miscarriage with drugs. Method： 100 eases were divided randomly into treatment and control. The treatment was treated with Qinggongningxue decoction and the control with oxytocin. 10 days is a course of treatment. Result： the effective power is 86% in treatment and 56% in control. Conclusion： Qinggongningxue decoction has the effect to treating the vagina bleeding after miscarriage with drugs.
