摘要
目的:观察川芎茶调颗粒合西比灵胶囊治疗偏头痛临床疗效。方法:设治疗组44例,对照组42例,治疗组选用西比灵加川芎茶调颗粒,对照组单用西比灵胶囊。结果:治疗组有效率为93.18%,对照组有效率为66.67%,两组比较,治疗组疗效优于对照组,差异有显著意义,P<0.01。结论:川芎茶调颗粒合西比灵胶囊治疗偏头痛效果显著。
Objective： to observe the clinical effect of chuanxiongchatiao granules and flunarizine capsules on treating migraine, Method： the treatment is 44cases treated with chuanxiongchatiao granules and flunarizine capsules and the control is 42cases treated with flunarizine capsules. Result： the effective power is 93.18% in treatment and 66.67% in control. Conclusion： chuanxiongchatiao granules and flunarizine capsules has the significant effect to migraine.
