摘要
目的:探讨牵引及手法配合中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效。方法:选101例随机分为两组,治疗组用牵引及手法配合中药治疗,对照组用常规腰部斜扳法治疗。结果:治疗组有效率95.5%,对照组77.50%,两组比较差异有显著性。结论:牵引及手法配合舒筋通络汤疗效显著。
Objective： to approach the effect of traction and chirismus matching Chinese medicine on treating lubar intervertebral disc protrusion, Method： 101 cases were divided randomly into 2 groups. The treatment was treated with traction and chirismus matching Chinese medicine and the control with the waist oblique pulling method. Result： the effective power is 95.5 % in treatment and 77. 5 % in control, Conclusion： there is significant effect in traction and chirismus matching Chinese medicine to treating the lubar intervertebral disc protrusion.
