摘要
为了防止高矿化度盐水对油井的腐蚀,依据经验,定期临盘油田向油井添加缓蚀剂.为了建立更合理的油井加药制度,需要测定产出液中缓蚀剂的浓度.提出用一阶导数分光光度法在332nm处直接测定产出污水中缓蚀剂的浓度.该方法可以消除污水中大量非金属离子的干扰,并降低污水中少量石油类对测定结果的影响.样品测定前,将pH调到小于5.在缓蚀剂质量浓度为0~160mg/L范围内,缓蚀剂质量浓度与吸光度的一阶导数具有较好的线性关系.对以含油污水配制的缓蚀剂水溶液的测定表明,测定误差小于15%.
In order to prevent the oil wells in Linpan Oilfield from the corrosion of salty produced water,now the corrosion inhibitor is periodically added to the oil wells based on experience.To find a more rational law for the addition of the corrosion inhibitor,it is necessary to know the concentration of the corrosion inhibitor in the produced water.To eliminate the disturbance of a lot of the non-metal ions and little oil in the produced water,the first derivative spectrophotometry is used.The concentration of the corrosion inhibitor is determined at the wavelength of 332 nm after the pH value of the water sample is adjusted to below 5.The calibration curve is linear in the range of 0~160 mg/L.The determination results of the water samples prepared with the oil-bearing sewage from the oilfield show that the measurement error is less than 15%.
