摘要
分析了毕业生弱势群体的主要构成,并从"以人为本"理念出发,提出了高校毕业生弱势群体的就业干预机制的若干对策,认为应完善就业改革,优化就业环境;弱势群体,强势关注;深化教学改革,培养社会需求的人才;引导弱势群体自立自强,提高自身素质,成为就业单位青睐的人才。
The essay analyzes the main structure of weak group among graduates.Based on the "man-centered" ideology,it proposes some counter-measures of employment aid mechanism for the weak group among university graduates,that is,to set up and perfect the employment rules and regulations is a key point to solve the difficulty of employment for those weak groups.The university administration should hold market-oriented educational thoughts,set up a permanent and efficient mechanism to channel the employment of graduates with the market requirements.Meanwhile,it must promulgate the advanced deeds on how to be self-supported and self-reliant by those weak groups,help them how to evaluate themselves dialectically,and try to improve their own competitiveness,self-reliance and self-strength.
