The essay analyzes the main structure of weak group among graduates.Based on the ＂man-centered＂ ideology,it proposes some counter-measures of employment aid mechanism for the weak group among university graduates,that is,to set up and perfect the employment rules and regulations is a key point to solve the difficulty of employment for those weak groups.The university administration should hold market-oriented educational thoughts,set up a permanent and efficient mechanism to channel the employment of graduates with the market requirements.Meanwhile,it must promulgate the advanced deeds on how to be self-supported and self-reliant by those weak groups,help them how to evaluate themselves dialectically,and try to improve their own competitiveness,self-reliance and self-strength.
