摘要
目的:研究成熟雄性大鼠单侧睾丸裂伤对其生育的影响.方法:20只Wistar大鼠随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组左侧睾丸用重物致裂伤.结果:伤后45天,实验组仅有20%(2/10)雄鼠能使雌鼠受孕,而对照组达90%(9/10).实验组40%(4/10)雄鼠血清抗精抗体阳性,明显高于对照组(0/10,P<0.01).两组血浆和睾丸组织液T、E2无显著性差异.结论:睾丸破裂时血清抗精抗体阳性率升高,提示免疫学因素是造成不育的主要原因.
Aim: Adult male Wistar rats were used to investigate the effects of unilateral testicular rupture on fertility. Methods: Twenty male rats were divided into experimental and control groups. The left testis in the experimental group was ruptured by a metal rod. Results: Only 20% (2/10) male rats were capable of fathering offspring in the rupture group and 90% (9/10) fertility in the control group 45 days after initiation of the experiment ( P <0.01). The serum antisperm antibodies assessed in both rupture and control group. The positive rate was significantly higher in the rupture group ( P <0.01). No significant changes of T and E 2 were observed in both experimental and control groups. Conclusion: These findings suggest that the immune mechanism appear to be the probable etiologic factor.
