Shallow discusses on the information resource use and rural labor force shift employment

农村劳动力转移就业是当前农村面临的重大问题,解决农村劳动力转移就业是各级政府部门必须重视和认真思考的课题。本文从信息资源利用的角度,对农村劳动力转移就业存在的问题,信息资源对劳动力就业的意义和作用进行分析,对解决农村劳动力转移就业的途径与方法作了一定的探索。

The rural labor force shift employment is the major issue which the current countryside faces,and is a topic for all levels of government department to ponder. From the angle of information resource use,this paper analyzed the exiting problems and the meaning and effect on labor force employment of information resource, and explored the solution methods.
