Organization Behavior is a subject which studies the law of the mind and behavior in certain organizations.Libraries serve the readers.Serving readers is the foundation of libraries' existence and development.It helps a lot to improve the relationship of readers and working staff and the quality of service to apply viewpoints and means of organization behavior to direct the service of libraries.
