身痛逐瘀汤联用甲钴胺治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效观察

Clinical Effects of Combination of Shen Tong Zhu Yu Decoction and Mecobalamin on Patients with Diabetic Peripheral Neuropathy

目的探讨身痛逐瘀汤加味与甲钴胺片联合治疗对糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)的临床疗效。方法将74份DPN患者随机分为治疗组38例采用身痛逐瘀汤化裁,同时口服甲钴胺片;对照组36例单用甲钴胺片治疗。2组均以3周为1疗程,连续治疗2疗程。观察临床疗效及治疗前后神经传导速度(NCV)的变化。结果总有效率治疗组为86.9%,明显高于对照组63.9%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。NCV改善情况,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论身痛逐瘀汤与甲钴胺片联合应用能够减轻DPN患者的临床症状,并改善其神经传导速度,提高临床疗效。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of combination of Shen Tong Zhu Yu decoction and mecobalamin on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy （DPN）. Methods 74 DPN patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, the basic treatments were the same. 38 patients in treatment group were treated with the combination of Shen Tong Zhu Yu decoction and mecobalain. 36 patients in the control group were treated with mecobalamin only. Curative effect and the change of nerve conduction velocity（NCV） were observed before-and-after treatment. Results The total effective rate was 86.9% in treatment group, and 63.9% in the control group. Differences in two groups were significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The improvement of NCV in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions Combination of Shen Tong Zhu Yu decoction and mecobalamin can ease clinical symptoms of the DPN patients and improve its nerve conduction velocity.
