摘要
对劳动合同法中相关权利的配置进行经济分析,以权利为媒介,从劳动合同的签订(包括适用期、合同期限)、履行和解除方面,进行成本与收益的分析,探讨权利的优化配置,《劳动合同法》对劳动合同中体现的资源权属的划分和权利的配置进行了调整,有利于保障劳动者的合法权益,促进劳动关系的和谐稳定。
An economic analysis for the distribution of correlative rights in labor contract law, which is referred to signing a labor contract(including applicable period.contract time limit). fulfilling and rescinding. Through cost and in- come analysis, discusses optimization distribution of rights, and then try hard to research for a scheme to increase social benefits, in order to provide an idea of economic analysis of Labor Contract Law.
