行政单位国有资产管理存在的问题及对策

长期以来,受国有资产管理体制的影响,行政单位国有资产管理一直未得到应有重视,尤其是原国有资产管理机构撤消后,行政单位国有资产管理处于无人过问的失控状态,造成损失浪费普遍、资产流失严重,引发社会不公和滋生腐败等诸多问题,社会反响强烈,败坏了政府形象。论述了行政国有资产管理中存在的问题,同时对问题的原因进行了分析,提出了加强行政单位国有资产管理的政策建议。

For a long time, under the influence of the management system of national assets, the national asset management by the administrative units is not owned to place emphasis on. Especially after the revocation of the former national asset administrative agency, the national asset management is out of control in practice, and this has incurred many serious problems, such as great loss of national resources, excessive profusion, social unfairness and corruption of the dignitaries. All of these have brought about strong social resonance and destroyed the figure of government. This paper is to discuss such problems existing in national asset management firstly, then to analyze the causes of these problems, so as to make correspondent suggestions on strengthening the national asset management by the administrative units.
