摘要
基于顾客让渡价值理论,分析顾客让渡价值与远程教育核心竞争力的关系,修改了科特勒的顾客让渡价值模型,提出构建基于顾客让渡价值的远程教育核心竞争力的思路。
Based on the customer delivered value, I intend to analyze the relationship between customer delivered value and the core competitiveness of distance education. After modifying the model of Philip Kotler's customer delivered value, I put forward the idea of core competitiveness of distance education based on customer delivered value.
