血浆脂联素水平与糖尿病患者冠状动脉粥样硬化的相关性研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨脂联素水平与糖尿病患者冠状动脉粥样硬化病变程度的相关性。方法根据冠状动脉造影结果将临床诊断为急性冠脉综合征的283例患者进行分组,应用放射免疫法检测血浆脂联素水平,同时监测血压、血糖、血浆胰岛素、血脂等相关指标。结果⑴脂联素水平与HDL-C、空腹血糖、胰岛素抵抗指数显著相关。⑵糖尿病组血浆脂联素水平明显高于非糖尿病组。⑶糖尿病患者冠状动脉粥样硬化程度随血浆脂联素水平进行性降低。结论低血浆脂联素水平是糖尿病患者冠状动脉粥样硬化发生发展的独立危险因素。 Objective To explore the correlation between the level of plasma adiponectin and the extent of coronary artery arteriosclerosis in Diabetes. Methods Two humdred and eighly three patimts who diagnosed acute coronary syndrome were divided into different group according to coronary angiography, Fasting plasma adiponectin were tested by radioimmunoassay, and related parameters such as blood pressure, blood glucose, insulin, lipids were measured. Results Plasma adiponectin level was significantly correlated with the extent of high density lipoprotein cholesterol ,fasting glucose and insulin resistance index (P〈0.01). Plasma adiponectin level in subjects with Diabetes was significantly lower than those without diabetes (P〈0.01). The decreasing degree of the level of adiponectin was matched to the severity of coronary artery arteriosclerosis in Diabetes. Conclusion The low level of plasma adiponectin may be the independent risk factor of coronary arteriosclerosis in Diabetes.
