短暂性脑缺血发作的DSA表现(附5例报告)

目的分析短暂性脑缺血发作(TIA)临床表现与脑血管造影(DSA)脑血管异常改变的关系。方法经初步筛选后,对临床表现为TIA的5例患者行全脑血管造影。结果5例患者均有与临床表现对应的血管异常改变。结论TIA患者经相应无创性血管检查,明确有血管狭窄或动脉斑块形成者,应尽早行DSA,找到其可能病因,针对病因给予有效的治疗。

Objective To analyse the relationship between the cerebrovas-cular disorders with digital subtraction angiography （DSA） and clinical manifestations in patients with transient ischemic attack （TIA）. Methods 5 patients with TIA were evaluated by DSA after preliminary screening. Results The patient is clinical manifestation has some relationship with his cerebrovasculer disorder. Conclusion To the patients with artery sten-osis or artery plaque,We should use DSA to find the possible etiologial factors and give the patients effective therapy as soon as possible.
