摘要
目的:寻找中药黄连饮片形式改革的合理方式。方法:采用薄层色谱法分别测定黄连饮片极细粉、按传统中药煮制及沸水冲泡方式制得溶液和黄连常规饮片传统中药煮制法制得的溶液等3种溶液中的小檗碱含量。结果:3种溶液中所含盐酸小檗碱量分别为10.49%、10.01%和6.85%;黄连饮片极细粉在传统中药煮制法及沸水冲泡方式制得溶液,相对于黄连常规饮片传统中药煮制法制得溶液中含有盐酸小檗碱百分含量,分别为153.14%及146.13%。结论:中药饮片极细粉化形式可能是一些中药饮片改革比较实际及合理的方式。
Objective: To look for a reasonable way that may reform the form of Chinese herbal medicine slice. Methods: Using TLC scanner are determined the content ofberberinen in 3 solutions: (1) solution of very fine powder by boiling; (2)solution in which very fine powder is immersed in boiling water; (3) solution of tradition a slice ofcoptis root made by conventional boiling.Results: The content ofberberinen in the three solutions was 10.49% ,6.85% and 10.01%, respectively. The content rate ofberberinen in solution of very fine powder to traditional medicine slices was 153.14% and 146.13%, respectively. Conclusion: The method by which Chinese herbal medicine slice was made to very fine powder is practical and rational.
