摘要
目的:了解药物对皮肤的损害。方法:对医院2003年～2006年间收集的75例药物致皮肤损害进行回顾性分析。结果:男性38例(50.67%),女性37例(49.33%),静脉滴注给药引发不良反应最多,占总例数的66.67%(50例),引起ADR的药物种类共49种。结论:警惕、识别、避免药品对皮肤的损害,具有重要的临床意义。
Objective： To study the damage of drugs to skin. Methods： 75 cases of with drugs-induced skin damage in our hospital over the period of 2003-2006 were analyzed retrospectively. Results： Of the patients 38 were male, and 37 were female,There were 49 kinds of medicine involved in ADR. Most cases were resulted from iv which accounted for 66.7% （50 cases） of the total. Conclusion： It is of great clinical significance to keep alert, to identify and to avoid the adverse effects of skin damage
