摘要
采用共沉淀法制备了不同稀土元素改性的Ce0.6Zr0.35RE0.05O2(RE=Y,La,Nd,Pr)固溶体,并用XRD,H2-TPR等方法对其晶相结构、还原性能和高温热稳定性进行研究.结果表明,稀土元素Y,La,Nd,Pr掺入Ce0.6Zr0.4O2固溶体,所形成的三元混合氧化物均为萤石型立方晶相结构的均相固溶体,并未出现所掺杂稀土氧化物的晶相,且高温老化后,物相结构稳定.与Ce0.6Zr0.4O2固溶体比较,稀土元素的掺杂,明显改善了其还原性能及高温热稳定性.
Ce0.6Zr0.35RE0.05O2 (RE= Y, La, Nd, Pr) solid solutions modified with different rare earth elements were prepared by co-precipitation method. XRD and H2-TPR were used to study on the crystal phase, reducibility and thermal-stability of samples. The results show that all the ternary oxides doped with rare elements (Y,La,Nb,Pr) are with cubic phase, there are no the crytal phases of doping rare earth oxides, the crystal phase structure of samples is stability at high temperature. Compared with Ce0.6 Zr0.4 O2 solid solution, the addition of rare elements promotes the reducibility and thermal-stability of solid solution.
