摘要
对英国近20年来的教师评价制度发展沿革进行梳理,阐述了英国由发展性评价到PRP国家评价体系再到绩效管理制度的发展变迁,分析各种评价制度的特点,在借鉴的基础上提出了改革我国教师评价制度的思考。
The paper carries out a literature review on the development of teacher assessment system in Britain in the last 20 years, pointing out its three stages such as formative assessment, PRP national assessment system and result management system. After analyzing the features of the three systems, the author presents some suggestions of what can be learned from the system for Chinese teacher assessment system.
