摘要
2002年10月到2004年9月的两年时间里,TCL集团接连并购了德国施奈德公司、法国汤姆逊公司的彩电业务以及法国阿尔卡特公司的手机业务,走上了一条靠跨国并购实现规模扩张的国际化之路。然而由于企业本身的能力问题、并购战略问题以及对并购后整合过程的复杂性和困难预计不足等原因,TCL集团的经营绩效在并购后大幅下滑,亏损数额巨大,分析其国际化进程失误的原因对中国志在"走出去"的大型制造企业会有所鉴戒。
