成长期是家族企业生命周期中最有特点、最具代表性的阶段,家族企业中家族、企业和股东三者利益的协调及其对家族成员的管理和约束是这一阶段的重要治理问题。家族企业的治理结构模型包括企业协商委员会、家族理事会及相应的公司股东会、董事会、监事会、经理层,应努力协调好彼此之间的关系。
Growth period is the most characteristic and representativeness stage in the developing period of the family-business. The important govern issues of this period are the coordination of family, enterprise and shareholder and the manage to the family members. The govern model of family-business includes enterprise's consultative committee, family executive council and the corresponding stockholders, directors and managers. It is necessary to coordinate the relations among those people.
