摘要
企业与利益相关者群体有不同的价值倾向。经济型、能力型、学习型及社会型四种价值倾向间有互斥的一面,更有互利的一面,企业的自利行为是对相关者群体利益进行平衡的有节制的自利。平衡价值倾向所依据的管理哲学思想,有助于企业创造力、经济目标及内部和谐的实现。
Value orientations which the enterprise and the stakeholders have are different. The economic values, the competence values, the learning values and the social values both conflict and unite. The management philosophy which the balance among the values of enterprise and the stakeholders rely on is help to realize the enterprises' creativity, economics aim and the inner harmony.
