摘要
为了优化鱼藤酮异构化制备异鱼藤酮的工艺。采用三氯化铝催化下异构化。合成收率高达90.5%,较文献提高56%。目标产物经核磁共振谱确证。实验结果表明,三氯化铝催化鱼藤酮异构化的方法可行,反应条件温和。
To optimize the process of prepartion isorotenone from rotenone by using Lewis acid AlCl3 as catalyst. The yield reached to 90.5%, 56% higher than the reported yield. The structure of isorotenone was confirmed by 'H NMR. The process for preparation of isorotenone from rotenone by catalyst AlCl3 is feasible, and the reaction condition was mild.
