摘要
介绍了薄壁孔加工容易出现的集中问题,通过改进高速钢镗孔刀结构中几何角度和刀具参数、选择适宜的切削用量、合适的切削液、提高工艺的统一性,使薄壁孔的加工质量明显提高,加工后的工件符合设计要求,加工效率显著提高。
The article introduced the concentrated problem that the thin-walled hole manufactured easily arise . The manufacturing quality of thin-walled hole was apparently enhanced, through modifying the tool geometrical angle and cutting edge parameter of high speed steel structure, selecting adequate cutting consumption and cutting fluid, improving the unity of technology. Then the manufacture work-piece not only meet with the requirement of design, but the efficiency of manufacture has a significant improvement.
