三坐标测量机在复杂自由曲面检测中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 以某具有复杂自由曲面的通道进气口检测为例,介绍了WENZEL三坐标测量机在自由曲面误差评定中的应用(包括被测实物与其三维模型的精确拟合,通过鼠标点取模型上待测元素以实现复杂自由曲面的自动检测等);实验证明了三坐标测量机该功能的高效准确。 Application of WENZEL coordinate measuring machine in measuring and error assessing of complex freeform surface of a air channel was introduced, including the precision fitting of the digital model and the air channel and the function of auto-measuring by selecting surface points on the digital model using mouse. Experimental results show the high precision and efficiency of the coordinate measuring machine.
