摘要
使用(+)-苯丙胺和CuCl2.2H2O形成的配合物为手性催化剂,以3-羟基-2-萘甲酸甲酯(1)和2,7-萘二酚(2)进行反应,得到对映体过量的联萘酚衍生物2,2′,7′-三羟基-1,1′-联萘-3-甲酸甲酯(3),采用加入手性双噁唑啉噻吩化合物(4)为诱导试剂的1H-NMR的方法测定化合物(3)的ee值.
Under the catalysis of the complex of CuCI22H20-( + ) -benzedrine ( 1 : 4 moler ratio), 3-hydroxy-2-naphthalene-carboxylate (1) and 2, 7-dihydroxy-naphthalene (2) are used as reactants to afford enantioenriched 2, 2', 7'-trihydroxy-1, 1 '-binaphthalene-3-carboxylate (3). The enantiomer excess of compound (3) was determined by IH-NMR with bis(oxazolinyl)thiophenes (4) as chiral shift reagent.
