摘要 基于在醋酸铵缓冲溶液中,甲醛与5,5-二甲基-1,3-环己二酮反应生成荧光物质,建立了流动注射荧光法测定食品及饮料中痕量甲醛的方法.在最佳实验条件下,荧光强度与甲醛浓度在5μg.L^-1~3 mg.L^-1范围内呈良好的线性关系,检出限为1.28μg.L^-1.该方法简单、快速. Based on the formation of fluorescence compound between formaldehyde and 5, 5-dimethylcyclohexane-1,3-dione in the presence of ammonium acetate, a flow-injection method for determination of formaldehyde in food and beverage was developed. The calibration graphs were linear in the range of 5 μg.L^-1~ 3 mg. L^-1, The detection limit was 1.28μg.L^-1. This method is simple and quick.
