摘要
采用钛柱撑和酸改性海泡石作载体,使用浸渍法和离子交换法制备钛柱撑海泡石Cu催化剂用于CO氧化.结果表明,钛柱撑能显著提高Cu基催化剂的活性,采用浸渍法制备的钛柱撑量为30mmol.g-1,负载量为5%的Cu海泡石催化剂对CO的氧化效果最佳.BET结果表明钛柱撑改变了海泡石的结构,孔径由中孔向大孔发展;提高柱撑改性温度,柱撑液中的钛胶粒聚集,柱撑物种中的TiO2比例增大.
A series of Cu supported Ti-pillared sepiolite with various amounts of Cu were prepared by impregnation. The factors affecting the catalyst activity were observed including modification of carrier, preparation method and the loading of Cu. In this paper , we focused on the performance of Ti-pillared sepiolite as the carrier. The result indicated that Ti-piUared increased the activity remarkably. The catalyst with the amount of Ti of 30mmool ·g^-1 and 5 % of Cu loading had the highest activity. The characterization of BET and XRD suggested that Ti-pillared changed the structure and pore distribution of sepiolite. With the increase of pillar temperature, the Ti particle congregated and the proportion the of TiO2 involved in the pillared material increased.
