近年来,我国中部地区金融生态环境有所改善,但金融发展速度滞后、经济外向度不高、政策性溢出严重、法制环境不健全、信用环境缺失等造成了中部地区金融生态环境失谐。因此,构建和谐的金融生态政策环境和经济环境、完善金融生态法制体系、优化金融信用环境、加快金融中介服务体系建设等,对优化中部地区金融生态环境,实现中部经济与金融发展的良性互动至关重要。

In recent years, financial ecological environment of central China has been improved. However, it was detuned because of the lagged finance development, lower export - oriented economy, overflow policy, poor legal environment and missing of credit environment. In order to achieve a virtuous interaction of regional economy and its finance, and to promote the takeoff of central China, it is very important to build a harmonious finance ecological environment, improve the financial legal system, optimize the financial credit environment, standardize the behavior of the government, expand infrastructure construction and intermediary organizations.
