The Research on Status quo of Social Sports Instructor in Three Gorges Reservoir Area Cities

采用访谈法、问卷调查法等,从三峡库区城市社会体育指导员基本情况,管理体制,培训体系,工作方式等方面特征的调查入手,在此基础上找出问题与不足,寻求三峡库区城市社会体育指导员队伍发展壮大的有效途径,为有关决策部门提供参考依据。

Through interview, questionaire, this article will investigate the basic information of social sports instructor in Three Gorges Reservoir area cities, their management system, training system and way of work. Based on these investigations, the questions and inadequacy would be found, which alms to find the effective way of developing social sports instructor in Three Gorges Reservoir area cities and to provide reference for the descion-making section.
