胆囊部分切除术在临床上的应用

The clinical use of the part-cholecystetoomy

目的:探讨胆囊疾病行胆囊切除术有困难时采用胆囊部分切除术的疗效。方法:将37例行胆囊部分切者列为A组,并与同期37例随机选取的胆囊全切者(B组)进行围手术期比较。其中,A组胆囊底部、体部及颈前后壁的大部分切除,仅胆囊床上胆囊后壁全部或部分保留,其残余黏膜给予剔除或破坏,胆囊管按常规方法分离后结扎。结果:本组37例因腹水、肝肾功能衰竭而死亡2例,切口感染5例,余全部治愈。结论:胆囊部分切除术若处理得当可获得与胆囊切除术相似的疗效。

Objective： To evaluate the part - cholecystetoomy used in some disease of vesicae fellea which difficulty with cholecystetoomy. Methods： Removal the fundus vesicae fellea, copus visicae fellea, majority of vesicae fellea anterior wall and vesicae fellea posterior wall,mucous membrane, normal method separate ligate ductus cysticus, only keep the all or part of vesicae fdlea posterior wall on vesicae fellea bed.Results： All of the 37 case are heal besides 5 cases incision infection, 2 cases die because of ascites,liver- kidney failure. Conclusion： The part - cholecystetoomy can take the effect similar to the cholecystectomy.
