圩垸型河网地区行洪除涝水面率的确定方法研究

在分析圩垸型河网地区行洪除涝特点基础上,提出了该地区行洪除涝水面率的确定方法———即从不同水域承载的行洪和除涝功能分别计算其水面率,再将二者结合起来确定其行洪除涝水面率。实例验证表明,该方法合理可行。

A method to determine the rate of flood and drainage water on dyke area is presented in the paper to analyze the flood and drainage characteristics. The rate of water area is calculated according to the flooding and waterlogging function born in the water basins, then combining two aspects, the rate of flood and drainage water is determined. Cases show that the method is feasible.
